Just 14 minutes away by foot from the Overground Line at Homerton.

Welcome! With a mid-century flair and chic industrial-influence decor, this 72 sqm flat has enough space to comfortably accommodate a group of four. My home has ample open space in the living area, fitted with a beautiful lounge area to relax and entertain yourselves after a long day. There's even a smart TV to enjoy and stream all your favorite shows and videos online. The dining area is equally chic, with comfortable seating and a large dining table for a small feast. Next to it is the kitchen, all kitted out with the essentials to handle some cooking or reheating leftovers. Make yourself a cup of tea or coffee we provide for your personal use. There's a washer/dryer and dishwasher for added convenience! One bedroom has a private ensuite and a queen-size bed with large windows, blackout blinds and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed and is equally well-appointed with large windows, blackout blinds and a built-in wardrobe. Both beds have hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The shared bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. Clean towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. Cleaning and sanitization will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Beautiful apartment and we had a lovely stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were really comfortable! The only thing to mention is that cloths, tea towel, washing up liquid and dishwasher
