About
A barn that has been transformed into a characterful holiday home found amidst of the peaceful Welsh countryside. It benefits from a relative close proximity to Cardiff, with its extensive shopping choices. This lovely accommodation is situated deep within the owner’s picturesque estate with beautiful pond and the owner's Vineyard.
Space
WiFi will be installed on the 5th June. Within this lovely property, the spacious lounge/ Kitchen/ diner which retains the overall traditional feel with its exposed wooden beams and cosy wood burner (first basket of logs included). The kitchen comes equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Most rooms have breath-taking views overlooking the owners extensive green garden and Vineyard. On the fground floor, there are two twin bedrooms and family bathroom and upstairs is a master bedroom with king size bed and beautiful en suite bathroom. Outside of the accommodation is a garden with seating area. Guests are welcome to walk around the vineyard with care and sit and take in the breath taking views.

The keys will be retrieved from lockbox and we are on hand for any questions you may have. The owners live on the grounds
Other information
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the barn. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
