The apartment is central, cosy and comfortable. It has just been renewed and is well equipped. It's ideal for 5 people, but it can accommodate up to 7 adults. - On the 1st floor of the building, accessed by stairs. - 81 sqm + 90 sqm of garden space. - One Bedroom with a double bed, another with a single bed and one more that has 2 single beds and the living room has a sofa that can be turned into a comfortable double bed. A baby cot can be provided upon the previous request. - One full furnished kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, washing and dryer machine). - One full bathroom and an extra toilet (on a separated area). - Air conditioning. - High-Speed Wifi connection 200 Mbps and TV with more than 120 channels. This is a cool and vibrant area with restaurants, shopping, entertainment, history, culture and business. There are several car parks nearby and street paid parking.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
