Designed with modern countryside charm, this apartment blends style with comfort. The living area offers a cozy spot to watch TV after a day of exploring, along with a dining table for shared meals. The kitchen is a welcoming space, fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for preparing meals. A small laundry room with a washing machine adds extra convenience. There are three inviting bedrooms: the first features a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and access to a shared bathroom. The second has a comfortable double bed, while the third offers two single beds. A service bathroom in the hallway provides added convenience. Step onto the charming balcony to soak in the sunlight and enjoy the fresh air. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, tenants are requested to complete a tenant registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
