There's also a lavish queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The kitchen has all the essentials for making home-cooked meals, including a stove and oven, microwave, electric kettle, utensils, cookware, and cutlery. Feel complimentary to use the coffee machine at your leisure. For your added convenience, you will also have a dishwasher. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
