While offering a glorious sea view, this apartment is fully furnished, which includes a living area equipped with a sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options, and a dining table that seats five people. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the magnificent views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom welcomes you with a majestic king bed. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
