This recently-renovated apartment offers you comfort and functionality in a beautifully-decorated setting. Its large kitchen will seduce you with all its equipment. Located in a residential building, all you have to do is move in and enjoy our sunny city!
Space
The entrance opens onto a long, bright corridor. On the right, you'll find our fully equipped and functional kitchen. We've thought of everything: utensils, cutlery, glassware, appliances... including the dishwasher, so you don't have to! As soon as you turn left, open the door to the shower room. Here you'll find the towel dryer, toilet and double-headed shower. Don't worry, we supply the shower kit! It's a tiled, functional and uncluttered space. Now back to the entrance hallway, first door on the left: the bedroom. Simply decorated, there's plenty of room for your suitcases and the wardrobe. Believe us, you'll appreciate our quality bedding! In the bedroom, you have a window with a curtain overlooking the living room - the choice is yours! Opaque curtains guarantee maximum privacy. On the living side, we've installed a comfortable double sofa bed opposite the dining area and its flat-screen TV!

Parking EFFIA : 1 Rue de Mimont, 06400 Cannes If you wish, we can provide you with a baby cot during your stay for a supplement of €15. Please inform our team at least 48 hours before your arrival.
