Adjacent to the living room, the open-plan kitchen and dining area feature sleek modern cabinetry, high-end built-in appliances, and a chic glass dining table with seating for four. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Both bedrooms are bright and inviting, with large windows that allow plenty of natural light to fill the space. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. A dedicated desk and ergonomic chair in each bedroom provide an ideal setup for remote working or catching up on emails. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
