Welcome to my 35 m² apartment, located on the 4th floor in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. Perfect for two guests, it features a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just 3 minutes from the metro, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of the capital.
Space
Welcome! The entrance to this 35 m² apartment opens into a bright, elegantly decorated space. The living room is equipped with a very comfortable sofa, a television, and a desk, perfect for relaxing or working. The dining area features a table that can seat up to three guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare your meals: oven, kettle, toaster, and more. The bedroom offers a double bed (140x200), made up with high-quality hotel linens. Closets are available for you to store your belongings and make yourself at home. The attached bathroom features a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also provided. You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All you have to do is unpack and enjoy!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
