Spread over two levels and located on the third and fourth floors, the duplex is filled with natural light throughout the day. Overlooking a quiet courtyard with mature trees, it offers calming views of the city skyline beyond. Whether you're in town for business or a city break, this warm and comfortable space is a fantastic base for exploring London while enjoying a home-away-from-home atmosphere. With over seven hundred square feet of living space, this light and airy flat combines a cool boho style with practical touches. White walls, stripped floorboards, and plenty of open space give it a relaxed character. The upper level houses a generously sized bedroom with a low double bed and blackout blinds, while the large bathroom includes a deep tub with an overhead shower – ideal for everything from a quick freshen-up to a long soak after a busy day. Downstairs, the living room features a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a double sofa bed, making the flat suitable for couples, solo travellers, or friends sharing a trip. The living area enjoys excellent morning light and has wooden Venetian blinds to filter the sun throughout the day. There’s a dedicated dining space and a well-equipped kitchen with all the essential appliances to prepare simple meals. For remote workers, a comfortable desk area and high-speed internet provide everything needed for a productive work-from-home setup. The flat is well-insulated, with large radiators for chillier evenings and openable windows to let in fresh air when the sun’s shining.

Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note the following for the property. - The flat is located on the third floor and is accessed via stairs, as there is currently no lift. Please bear this in mind when packing or planning your arrival. (Lift installation is anticipated around Spring 2026 – date to be confirmed.) -The bed in the main bedroom is set low to the ground. It’s very comfortable, but guests should be aware of its lower profile. -Due to the layout of the flat – including wooden flooring and a steep internal staircase – it may not be suitable for toddlers or very young children. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
