Welcome to my 125 m² 2 floors' house, located in Ivry-sur-Seine. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with its four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a charming garden. Ideally located just 4 minutes from the metro, it offers a peaceful stay at the gateway to Paris.

A warm welcome! This comfortable, well-equipped 125 m² two-storey house is perfect for families, couples, or friends. Located in a pleasant setting, it offers all the comforts needed for a short stay. It's in a quiet, charming street. Thanks to nearby transport, you'll have quick and easy (20 min) access to the heart of the capital. The bright living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, opens onto a private garden with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days in peace and quiet. The dining area features a table for up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils to prepare meals. The accommodation offers two queen beds (160 x 200), one of which is raised with a ladder, as well as two double trundle beds (each with two 90 x 200 beds). All beds are carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a comfortable sleeping arrangement for everyone. Bathrooms are available: one with a bath and toilet, the other with a shower. A third toilet is available Wi-Fi access is available throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. Professionals will clean the property during each stay. Please note: The fireplace is unavailable, and the accommodation includes a staircase to access the second floor, which may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
