The property is located on the ground floor. Designed with an open floor plan, the living area features a cozy double sofa bed, a widescreen TV, and a dining table for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher for easy cleanup, as well as a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom offers a plush double bed with fresh linens for maximum comfort and an ensuite bathroom with all the essential amenities. A second bathroom downstairs is stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note in case you need a baby crib, you need to request in advanced Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
