The Mon Groom team is committed to always being available (from 10 AM to 6 PM, every day). You can contact us directly via messaging or by phone. In case of an emergency, a team member will come to your accommodation. Since no member of Mon Groom resides on-site, an immediate intervention cannot be guaranteed. However, being committed to a quality approach, we will respond within reasonable timeframes so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

Important Points to Remember 1. Thank you for respecting the premises and the neighbors. The stay takes place in a residence and not in a hotel. 2. Upon your departure, please leave the premises in good condition, just as you found them: empty the trash in the bins, close the windows, lower the heating, and turn off the lights. 3. In case of any issues, our team will strive to take immediate action, but please note that there is no staff on site. 4. Cleaning is included for the restoration of the property, which includes the cleaning of the premises and laundry by professionals. This does not include washing dishes, disposing of various waste, deodorizing, etc. Dishes must be clean and put away. A fee of €25 will be charged for additional costs. 5. Bed linens and towels are provided: changes during your stay are available upon request for an additional fee. 6. An additional cleaning service is available for €50, which should be requested before your arrival. 7. You will find supplies for your arrival. Products for the remainder of your stay are at your expense. 8. Early arrival and late departure are possible for an additional fee and depending on availability. 9. Failure to comply with the house rules (presence of pets, smoke odors regardless of the source, etc.) will result in an additional charge of €50 for management fees. 10. Heating and water must be used responsibly and in accordance with the regulations established by law. Their use is provided for the number of travelers indicated in the reservation.
