The apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator. The towers offer a balanced lifestyle that harmoniously blends nature and modernity. Residents can explore the nearby Dubai Hills Mall, with its 750 retail and F&B outlets, family entertainment, Cineplex, and hypermarket. This apartment has open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Large windows overlook the city, and the living area features a comfortable seating area fitted with a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options like Netflix and a dining table for two. In addition, there is a private balcony to enjoy fresh air! The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries for home-cooked meals, including a cooking stove, microwave, and toaster. A washing machine and ironing equipment are also available for all your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort before your arrival. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
