Welcome to my home! The property is located in Penalva, immersed in a natural environment and surrounded by the rich local fauna and flora. This is one pre-manufactured small house with one living room that is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table big enough for four. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Additionally, a convertible sofa bed is available to accommodate two extra guests. Step outside and relax on the terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining. You will also find a shared pool to enjoy the sunny days. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. (One of the bathrooms is shared) The cottage is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

excellent bungalow, small but very well organised. it was an excellent stay. The surrounding area is very pleasant with a swimming pool and children's playground, lots of grass and well looked after.
