Welcome to Juan at La Croisette II This 34m² T2 apartment is located in the Croisette II residence at La Corniche. You will love its stunning sea view and access to a communal pool. Take a tour of the apartment: The apartment features a spacious, comfortable, and modern living room with a flat-screen TV, double sofa bed, and a dining table for 4 people. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and induction cooktop. You can prepare your meals just like at home. One bedroom with a double bed (140cm bedding) and a wardrobe. A second bedroom with two single beds (90cm bedding). A terrace with a table is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor meals while admiring the panoramic sea view. A bathroom with a shower and towel warmer. Charles Osborn Concierge warmly welcomes you to your accommodation and will be available throughout your stay to meet all your needs (car rental, taxi transportation, private chef, activities, event services). We are committed to offering you a clean and welcoming accommodation, which is why we take care of cleaning the apartment after your departure. Additionally, to help you travel light, we offer bed linen rental. Montpellier Sud de France Airport and train station are a 45-minute drive away. Sète train station is a 20-minute drive away. Airport/train station transfer available upon request. Car rental also available upon request. Keys are handed over directly by Charles Osborn Concierge between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM, or via a coded lockbox. Access to the residence is secured with a badge. Resident parking is available. Cleaning service included. Bed linen and towels available for rent (double bed: e20, single bed: e10). A mandatory deposit of e400 (destroyed 14 days after departure) is required. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
