On the day of your arrival, you'll receive a unique code to retrieve the key, allowing you to check in at your convenience. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

This was by far the most beautiful place that we have ever rented. The online pictures looked great when booking, but upon opening the front door it was WOW. Every room was fantastic, but the kitchen
