This 3rd floor flat without lift is the ideal place for families or friends to visit PARIS. Metro line 13 is a 5-minute walk away, directly serving the Champs Elysées and Saint Lazare. Metro line 14 is a 15-minute walk away, taking you to Chatelet, La Madeleine and Gare de Lyon. Free parking included

A warm welcome! The front door of this 52m² flat opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated living space. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and television. The dining area has a table that seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals. Both bedrooms have double beds, carefully made with hotel-quality linen. There are wardrobes to store your belongings and make you feel right at home. The bathroom has a washbasin, mirror, shower and toilet. There is also a washing machine. In addition, as mentioned above, we provide a free private parking space for travellers by car, so please let us know if you need one. We also have 2 surveillance cameras filming the staircase in the common area for your safety. The flat is professionally cleaned between stays. The flat is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is enjoy! Please note that we have 3 flats (2 for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 for 6 people with 3 bedrooms) in the building, which can accommodate 14 people in total. Don't hesitate to contact us if you need more information.
