Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to top attractions in Kilburn, such as Grange Park and Kiln Theatre! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features two large sofa, big windows, and a dining table for four. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals, such as a stove and an oven. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and the second with two single beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
