Cozy apartment in secure residence with security cameras, swimming pool (opening on July 1st, until the end of August) and parking space. Close to the beach (2 minutes walk), very close to Cannes (8 minutes by car), ideally located in the center of Cannes la bocca. Numerous shops and restaurants and restaurants can be found around the residence.

The unit can accommodate 4 people, there is a sleeping area with a double bed and one sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a towel dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, opens to living room. The TV is connected and Netflix will be available to you.
