Cozy apartment in secure residence with security cameras, swimming pool (opening on July 1st, until the end of August) and parking space. Close to the beach (2 minutes walk), very close to Cannes (8 minutes by car), ideally located in the center of Cannes la bocca. Numerous shops and restaurants and restaurants can be found around the residence.
Space
The unit can accommodate 4 people, there is a sleeping area with a double bed and one sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a towel dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, opens to living room. The TV is connected and Netflix will be available to you. The apartment is connected to fiber and a small dedicated workspace is in the living room. Guests can enjoy a lovely sea view terrace. Bed and bath linens are included. The swimming pool is open from the 1st July and the 31th August between 10 am and 19 pm

The lock box is in the residence. You will have to pass the 1st gate thanks to the guests' comings (700 apartments, so many before 9 p.m.). Beyond that, you'll have to be patient! Pool open July/August from 10am to 7pm
