With plenty of attractions, restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to Pelletstown Train Station (a 1-minute walk), guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 6th floor with elevator access, our chic one-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and convenient stay in the Irish capital. Located in a modern and well-connected neighbourhood, our apartment is an excellent base for your Dublin adventure. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a door inviting you onto a furnished balcony that offers captivating views of the area. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. Both have a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
