Welcome to my home! Exquisitely adorned, this elegant home spanning 190m2 is a mere 6-minute stroll from the beach (550m) and a convenient 10-minute drive from Comporta. The proximity to the sea, the allure of the surrounding natural beauty, and the sense of exclusivity make Tróia the perfect haven for relaxation and remote work. The spacious living area showcases a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV for indulging in your favourite shows, and a dining table. Oversized windows grace the area, bathing it in abundant natural light, enhancing its inviting atmosphere, and providing direct access to a backyard furnished with outdoor seating to savour those sunny days. The kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary appliances, essential cookware, and utensils required to prepare delicious meals, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other amenities for your convenience. Two splendid ensuite bedrooms feature twin beds, ample storage in wardrobes, and access to a balcony, making it an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. All beds are dressed in premium hotel-quality linens to ensure your utmost comfort. Finally, the bathrooms are outfitted with all the necessary amenities for your refreshments, including freshly laundered towels and toiletries for your convenience. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
