Chiswick is a popular and desirable London residential district. It is renowned for its many lovely public green spaces and beautiful walks along the Thames, which is also the location of the famous Oxford Cambridge Boat Race. There is a wide choice of shops & boutiques, cafes and restaurants along Chiswick High Road, Turnham Green Terrace and Devonshire Road. Chiswick House and Gardens is one of the most glorious examples of 18th-century British architecture and landscaped gardens. Kew Gardens, the botanic garden houses the largest and most diverse botanical and mycological collections in the world. It is one of London's top tourist attractions and is a World Heritage Site. The Elizabeth Gate entrance is 1.7 miles. Bicycles and scooters are available for street hire immediately outside the apartment building.   In front of the apartment block, an iconic red London double-decker bus ( 94 route) can take you directly to Westfield Shopping Centre and Piccadilly Circus. The tube gives access to all that London has to offer: Chiswick Park Underground Station is within 0.17 miles (278 metres); South Acton Rail Station (Overground Rail) is within 0.26 miles (421 metres); Turnham Green Underground Station is within 0.51 miles (824 metres); Gunnersbury is within 0.53 miles (850 metres); Acton Town Underground Station is within 0.75 miles (1.2 km).

Welcome to my home! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in London. The large 100 square meter apartment features an open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, a striking living room with comfortable furniture and a flat-screen TV for entertainment and unusually for a one bedroom apartment, it has a large study/work room which can be closed off from the rest of the space with double doors. There's also a dining table for four where you can enjoy your meals. Step out onto the private balcony with its seating area and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, a washer and ironing equipment is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom offers a king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!


Access

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

Other information

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
