What is the price for longer stays?
GuestReady offers better mid-term pricing on most properties. If you select 28 nights or more, you can already see a mid-term discount applied to the total price.
What is the check-in process?
All our guests need to fill in an online form latest 48 hours before their arrival, so that we make sure the property and keys are ready. Each property offers different type of check-in.
Self check-in through a smart padlock, a smart lock, or in specific areas- a pickup place nearby the property.
In some cities guests check-in in our Welcome centre, with the possibility to store their luggage.
Personal check-in is always possible upon request.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is specific to each property and mentioned before booking. If you are entitled to a refund and you have not received the money within 10 days of your cancellation, please reach out to our customer service team.
Do I need to pay city tax?
GuestReady operates in 9 countries. City tax is mandatory in France and Portugal but do not worry, we calculate the city tax in your total price per booking. Before your arrival, you will need to fill in guest detail through our online form.
