Welcome to our elegant 45m2 T2 apartment, located in the heart of Paris on rue Martin Bernard, just 5 minutes from Place d'Italie.

This comfortable space is perfectly suited for two people, with a double bed for restful nights. Bed linen and towels are provided, so you don't have to worry about a thing. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals at your convenience. The bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer for your convenience. You'll also find a full range of equipment to make your stay enjoyable, such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, oven and even a dishwasher. There's also high quality wifi (fiber) and a TV to keep you connected. Located on the 3rd floor, our apartment is accessible via an elevator, making it a comfortable and soothing place to stay. Please note that arrival is entirely autonomous, and keys can be collected from a store located 10 minutes' walk from the apartment (3 minutes by car). Enjoy your stay.

Keys must be collected from a hotel located just 10 minutes' walk from the accommodation. It is open 24/7. No smoking inside the accommodation. Pets are not allowed. Please respect the peace and quiet of neighbors by avoiding excessive noise, especially after 10 p.m. Thank you for taking care of our accommodation and its equipment.
