Small detour through the Breton district! The XIVth arrondissement is a district where life is good, as the singer Renaud, a worthy representative of the district, used to say. The atmosphere of old France lulls the mainly residential district but which nevertheless includes some of the most famous attractions of Paris, such as the Catacombs. When it comes to shopping, go to Montparnasse, which is a large shopping centre. You can also take a stroll down Rue Daguerre, which is strangely similar to Rue Montorgueil. There you will find bakeries and patisseries (where you can buy tasty macaroons...)... There are many places to eat in the borough. A small recommendation for Breton creperies! You won't have any trouble finding them, they are omnipresent everywhere in the district. Finally, try "l'entrepôt", which is an incredible place of artistic life with a restaurant, cocktail bar, garden terrace, concert halls, art galleries...

Welcome to my 50m² apartment on the 4th floor with an elevator at the 14th Arrondissement in Paris. It can comfortably accommodate 3 people with its bright living room with a sofa bed, its bedrooms with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a lovely stay in Paris!

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 4th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 50m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, a fridge, an oven, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer, a dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen bed (160x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, towels and complimentary toiletries. The WCs are separate. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. You will also get a spot in the building's parking. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
