In the borough, the authorities have approved several wall paintings realized by international artists claiming street art. In the evening, Butte-aux-Cailles is lively, ideal for a meal or aperitif! How can we not talk about the 13th without mentioning its mythical Chinatown? Let yourself be surprised by the mixture of cultures in this famous district. Lively both day and night, this area is also ideal for shopping. It is one of the cheapest in Paris.

Welcome to my 35 m² studio, located on the 7th floor in the 13th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates two guests and has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just 2 minutes from the metro, it offers a peaceful stay in Paris. This studio is available exclusively under a mobility lease.

Welcome! Step into this charming 35 m² studio, where a bright and elegantly decorated space awaits you. The living area features a comfortable sofa and a large TV, along with a cosy double bed (140x200), thoughtfully prepared with hotel-quality linens for your comfort. The dining area is equipped with a table that comfortably seats up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bathroom offers a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. The Wi-Fi is available throughout your visit. For your safety, a smoke detector has been installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All you have to do is relax and enjoy!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
