Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 50m² apartment is on the 5th floor, accessible by an elevator! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: Pets are not allowed on the property.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
