Welcome to my 22 m² apartment, located on the ground floor in the 13th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates two guests with its bedroom featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally situated just 3 minutes from the metro, it offers a pleasant setting for a peaceful stay in Paris. The apartment is available only for stays of more than 30 nights.

Welcome to your Parisian getaway! As you step inside, you’ll discover a charming 22 m² apartment, bright and tastefully decorated. The living area is perfect for relaxing with its comfortable sofa and TV. A cozy dining space for two allows you to enjoy meals together. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious dishes: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. In the mezzanine bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (140x200), carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, mirror, and toilet, as well as a washing machine for your convenience. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector, and professional cleaning is carried out between each stay. Due to the mezzanine and stairs, the apartment may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. All that’s left to do is unpack your bags and make the most of your Paris stay!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
