Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 44 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible by a lift, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for two. There's also a private terrace with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This is a mid-term rental apartment. Please note that signing a lease agreement and paying a security deposit are required prior to accessing the property. Enjoy your stay!

الضيف جاهز هو شخص محترف للغاية. كل شيء كان مثالياً. الشقة بدت جديدة تماماً ولكنها كانت مكلفة بالنسبة لميزانيتي. واجهنا مشكلة بسيطة في التدفئة مساء السبت، فجاءوا لإصلاحها يوم الأحد. التواصل كان رائعاً
