Perfect for up to four guests, it features two cozy bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Ideally located just a 4-minute walk from the metro, it offers a peaceful and comfortable stay in Paris. This apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease.

Welcome! Step into this beautifully designed 84 m² apartment, where a bright and elegantly decorated space awaits you. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for relaxing. The dining area features a table that comfortably seats up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. Both bedrooms are fitted with double beds (140x200) dressed in high-quality hotel-grade linens. Ample wardrobe space is provided to make you feel right at home. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and shower, with a washing machine for your convenience. The toilet is separate. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. This apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease. All that’s left is for you to enjoy your time here!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.

أحببت إقامتي - شقة لطيفة للغاية في مبنى هادئ. كان النزلاء الجاهزون متجاوبين للغاية ورائعين للعمل معهم خلال فترة إقامتي الشهرية. حي رائع والكثير من المطاعم ومحلات البقالة وقريب من وسائل النقل العام.
