Welcome to my 77 m² apartment, located on the 2nd floor with an elevator in the Auteuil area. Comfortably designed for four guests, it features two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally situated just a 3-minute walk from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of the capital. This apartment is only available under a mobility lease.

Welcome! Step into this 77 m² two-bedroom apartment and discover a bright, elegantly decorated space. The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a large TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Just beside it, the dining area offers a welcoming table that seats up to four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine and a dishwasher are also available for your convenience. Both bedrooms include a double bed, carefully made with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A wardrobe is available for you to store your belongings and feel right at home. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay, and a smoke detector has been installed for your safety. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is settle in and enjoy!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

هناك العديد من الجوانب الإيجابية لهذه الشقة. أحببت موقعها، فهي تقع في حي يمر به خط مترو في أحد طرفيه وخط مترو آخر في الطرف الآخر. هناك العديد من المخابز المستقلة والمتاجر ومحلات البقالة على مسافة قريب
