Welcome to my 40m² apartment on the 7th floor with a lift at 15th Arrondissement in Paris. It can comfortably accommodate 2 people with its bedroom with a queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrasse with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 7th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 40m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as Champs de Mars! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private terrasse with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen bed (160x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, towels and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
