There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living room is adorned with a plush sofa perfect for unwinding, a large-screen TV to indulge in your favourite shows, a work desk, and a dining table. The area exudes a homely ambience and is bathed in natural sunlight, enhancing its welcoming atmosphere. The space features a kitchenette that is fully equipped with all the essential cookware and utensils needed to prepare a delectable meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and various other appliances for your convenience. A washing machine is also available should you wish to do laundry. The bedroom is a serene haven furnished with a queen-sized bed and a wardrobe, complemented by premium hotel-quality linens to ensure utmost comfort. The bathroom is well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities for a refreshing experience, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the apartment is meticulously cleaned by professionals. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: Provided free of charge upon request for stays of 10 nights or more (includes towels and sheets).
