Welcome to my apartment! This 68m2, 3-bedroom apartment in Madrid is perfect for families and friends looking for a comfortable place to stay. It is on the 1st floor, accessible only by stairs. The living room features a grand piano, perfect for music lovers or those looking to relax with some tunes, a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the property includes a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, a washing machine, a clothes dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. One of the bedrooms has a restful double bed, while the other two bedrooms each have a single bed, a desk with a chair, and ample storage space. These bedrooms are great spots for remote work or studying. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy.
