Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 72 m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the ground floor. It is designed with vibrant and modern living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals. The master bedroom includes a double bed, and the second bedroom has a 2-bed cabin type - the one on the top is expandable and converts into a bunk bed, one placed above the other. All bedrooms are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linen and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m., subject to availability and confirmation. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for first use: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bag. If you need additional cleaning or linens, let us know and we will be happy to provide an additional charge. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence of a breach of this policy (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of €200. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use of utilities policy will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: Provided free of charge upon request for stays of 10 nights or more (includes towels and sheets).
