Superb apartment ideally located in the center of Lille, in the Rue Nationale, 100 meters from the Place du Maréchal Leclercq, close to the Catho, the large market of Wazemmes and 10 min by bus from the Grand'Place, 15 min by metro from the stations. You will find in the surroundings a convenience store Carrefour City, many shops, cafés, bars and nice restaurants. I leave you a sheet with all my good plans in the apartment!

As it is an older construction, sound insulation is limited, and you may sometimes hear the sounds of daily life from the building and surroundings.
