This flat is located at the rear of a recent, secure residence with lift. Shops, restaurants and bars are a stone's throw away. The train and metro stations (Rihour and Lille Flandres) are a 20-minute walk away. The Grand Place-Opéra is 18 minutes away and the Citadelle 8 minutes. The Vieux Lille shuttle bus passes in the next street. A private parking space is also available.

This flat is located in a quiet, family-friendly building, so it is suitable for responsible, respectful travellers; please be sure not to party or make any excessive noise (music, shouting) after 9pm. The flat is located on Rue du Guet, on the second floor of the residence. It is recent, well insulated and bright (south-west facing). The flat comprises - A spacious living room with a balcony equipped with a table and two chairs, - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, - One bedroom with double bed, - A bathroom with a large shower, - A separate WC Private parking is available in the residence. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival possible 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present.
