This charming apartment is located in the heart of the shopping streets of Lille, rue de Béthune (pedestrian street). The “République” metro stop is a 1-minute walk away. It is on the 1st floor without elevator of a secure building typical of the city. Restaurants, bars, shops, transport, stations, everything is within walking distance! Ideal tourism & business travel.

The apartment is composed as follows, in the direction of travel (each room is partitioned): - After the entrance hall, you will find a bedroom with two single beds in front of you (street side) - separate WC - A bedroom with double bed (street side) - Equipped kitchen (courtyard side) - Lounge area with TV (street side) - Laundry area with washing machine - Bathroom with shower and sink - A bedroom with double bed (courtyard side) at the very back of the apartment The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens.
