In the heart of Vieux Lille, on Rue Royale, this flat is ideally located for a short stay. Shops, restaurants and bars are at the bottom of the building. The train stations are a 10-minute walk away, the "Rihour" metro station is 5 minutes away, Grand Place-Opéra is 2 minutes away and Citadelle is 2 minutes away. Car parks in the immediate vicinity.

The flat comprises a living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom. If you're a light sleeper, I'd advise you to take some earplugs. You're in the hypercentre, just a stone's throw from restaurants, bars and other places of interest in Lille. The area is lively. Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!

This flat is located in a quiet, family-friendly building, so it is suitable for responsible, respectful travellers; please be sure not to have any parties or make any excessive noise (music, shouting) after 9pm. The neighbours have in the past had to evict people because of bad behaviour by travellers (partying, etc.). You will have access to the entire property. You can arrive 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present. Rihour metro station is a 5-minute walk away, Lille Flandres station and Lille Europe station are a 15-minute walk away, V'Lille station is a 2-minute walk away (New Century station).
