This sophisticated 99m² apartment is ideally located near many top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants offering diverse culinary options and also access to the Lagoon. The living room is designed for relaxation and comfort, featuring a cosy sofa bed, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table that seats six. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. You’ll also have access to a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The first bedroom is a welcoming space with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom offers a king-size bed. All beds are prepared with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and comfortable stay. Finally, the bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned before each stay to ensure the highest standard of comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area.
