Welcome! This lovely 100m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly constructed building, with convenient lift access. Designed for comfort and functionality, the living room features a cosy single sofa bed, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table—perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals with your group. Step outside and unwind on the private balcony. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with quality appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs. A washer is also provided for your laundry convenience. The first bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second includes a queen-size bed. Both rooms are tastefully decorated and come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Two well-appointed bathrooms offer everything you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries. As a guest, you’ll also have access to the building’s shared gym and swimming pool, adding even more comfort and leisure to your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
