RP Heights is conveniently located in Downtown Dubai, across The Address Views Hotel, within a 3-minute walk to Dubai Mall and 5 minutes to the Dubai Fountain. It is also only 17 minutes away from Dubai Airport. With its great weather, visitors can take a quick walk, explore the Downtown Dubai vibe, and visit Burj Park. Around the area, there are various famous restaurants, such as Czn Barrack and The Pool Lounge at The Address Views. On the ground floor of the building, there is the Choitrams grocery store, a small Fairmart grocery store across the street, and a salon across RP Heights. There are also other shops located inside the Dubai Mall.

Modern and tastefully decorated, this apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living space features a comfortable seating area (including a sofa bed), a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for four. There's also a furnished balcony, should you want to lounge and enjoy the fresh air! The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. And the bathrooms have all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The home is always professionally cleaned for your safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
