Welcome! This lovely 92m2 apartment is on the 11th floor, accessible by lift. The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, and essential cookware and cutleries that will fulfil your culinary requirements. The bedroom, featuring an ensuite bathroom, includes a king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep and ample storage space. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries. An additional guest bathroom is available for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area.
