The apartment is decked with modern appliances like a washing machine, smart tv including a fully fitted kitchen with stove, refrigerator, kettle and toaster. The studio is perfectly located to catch a panoramic glimpse of the Dubai Creek on one side and the downtown skyline on the other side. The property is located in amidst great architect and majestic landscape gardens, enormous shopping malls with the famous Dubai Mall within 10 mins by car. The property also enjoys great connectivity to all parts of the city as its close to the Sheikh Zayed Road. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Spaces may appear larger due to wide-angle photography. The apartment is cozy and efficiently designed. GuestReady is not the owner of this property and acts solely as an agent managing the property on behalf of the owner.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
