Welcome! This lovely 99m2 apartment is located on the 6th floor, accessible by lift. The living room has a sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Step outside and relax on the balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Please note that the building parking entrance is NOT FREE. If you have a car, please collect the parking card in the apartment, go out of the parking lot again, and take a U-turn to re-enter the same parking area. Also, be aware that construction is going on in the pool area on G6, which will continue until the end of December. Enjoy your stay! موقع رائع وشقة جيدة جدًا مع مخزون مطبخ كبير جدًا الكثير. مخزون مطبخ كبير! الشقة جميلة وهي مصممة للعيش فيها حقًا وليس فقط للنوم وتناول الطعام في الخارج. كنا غير محتملين وتعطلت الثلاجة. ولكن كان السؤال
