Welcome! This lovely 72m2 apartment is located on the 8th floor, accessible by lift. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, and microwave. A convenient breakfast bar with high stools provides the perfect spot for casual dining or enjoying a morning coffee. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
