The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group. The area boasts expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a furnished balcony, providing an unparalleled vantage point to take in the breathtaking views of the iconic Burj Khalifa and the mesmerizing Dubai Fountain. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a walk-in closet, while the second offers two queen-size beds. Both bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms and the beds are equipped with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The 2 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area.
