Welcome! This elegant open-plan living space seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room features chic décor, a comfortable sofa bed, a large smart TV and large windows that fill the space with natural light. Sliding doors open to a private balcony, offering a lovely spot to relax outdoors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, while the dining area, set with a stylish table for six, is perfect for hosting meals with family or friends. The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the second with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
