This unusual flat is located in the centre of Lille, on rue de Valmy (just behind the Palais des Beaux Arts!). It is on the ground floor of a secure building. The flat was renovated in 2023, and is highly functional, spacious and well-equipped. Ideal for visiting Lille and/or for your business trips!

The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance is via the ground floor and opens directly onto two bedrooms with double bed, one on the courtyard side and another on the street side - Bathroom with shower - separate WC Upstairs : - Living room with high ceilings - Equipped kitchen - A third and final bedroom with double bed, courtyard side - separate WC Please note: access to the living room is via a staircase, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present.
